1. Open the Casino software. Enter your account number and click, "forgot your password?"

 

2. You will be directed to a page where you will be instructed to enter your account number.

3. Once you click "continue" you will receive an e-mail at the address that you gave when you opened the account.

• Check your e-mail and open the message from the Casino with the subject line, "Create New Password."
• Click on the link indicated in the message, "Create New Password."

4. A web browser will open where you can enter a new password.

5. Now you may log into the Casino using your new password.
