Paying by Credit Card is the fastest way to get playing!

Approved transactions made by credit card will be credited to your casino account immediately so you can start playing right away.

By using a credit card at our online casino, you hereby agree that you are the rightful owner of the credit card. In cases where credit card information does not match player information, either partially or wholly, casino management reserves the right to thoroughly inspect the details of a suspected credit card to determine that it is being used in good faith. Should this occur, please note that there may be delays in transferring funds and/or player accounts can be suspended or permanently closed by casino management.

If you'd like to pay by Credit Card, (either Visa, Mastercard or Diners Club) you can deposit to your casino account directly through your Jackpot Factory casino software. After you connect with the software, click on 'Banking' and then 'Add Credit Card' to enter your credit card details. After your details have been added, you can purchase extra credits on your card at any time by selecting the "Deposit" menu option.

Note to American players: As of May 10, 2007, MasterCard is no longer available as a deposit method to players in the United States. You may also experience rejections when depositing with other credit cards. We recommend you choose EcoCard.

Financial transactions are processed through Inexia Ltd., Gibraltar, UK, a subsidiary of Jackpot Factory Casinos. On your credit card statement, the billing will be shown as one of the following:

It is advisable that you print out transaction data for ALL transactions, which can then be used to trace queried transactions more efficiently.

CREDIT CARD DEPOSIT LIMITS

To minimize the risk of fraud, Jackpot Factory Casinos allow players to register a maximum of three (3) credit cards through the casino software. Each registered card is subject to a maximum single deposit limit of US$500 and a daily deposit limit of US$1,500 over a maximum of 15 transactions. In addition, each card is subject to a bi-weekly deposit limit of US$2,000. All credit card limits are refreshed on our servers twice weekly; on Tuesdays and Fridays at 00:00am GMT+2.
